The ICT and Information Management Service is a Capita SIMS Accredited Service. The Service provides expertise in the provision, support, training and professional consultation of all ICT services including applications such as the full suite of SIMS, Discover, ParentPay, Microsoft Office, Office 365 and Sophos UTM.
The service also provides support for equipment such as PCs, laptops, IPad, mobile phones, smart boards, multi-function devices etc, infrastructure such as network connectivity to the building, network infrastructure within the building, Wi-Fi, internet security filtering, servers and back-up options.
